Each item is carefully handmade in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in stitching, texture, or appearance may occur. These unique characteristics are part of the charm of handmade items and are not considered defects.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Color differences caused by individual monitor settings

• Personal preference

• The item not matching personal expectations

Please carefully check the product descriptions, measurements, and photos before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos or videos showing the issue

• A description of the problem

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund when applicable.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has started.
